Slow Cooker Chili

I love to make chili in my slow cooker. The house smells amazing and it allows all the seasonings and spices to marry the meat and veggies. I cook it for about 6 hours at 275 degrees.

Slow Cooker Chili

2 lbs Ground Beef

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 Onion Chopped

4 Garlic Cloves Chopped

1 28 oz Chopped Tomatoes

1 14 oz White Kidney Beans

2 Tbsp Diced Chilis

2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

2 Tbsp Cumin

1 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Add Ground Beef, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce into medium pan. Brown the ground beef until completely brown. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook at 275 for 6 hours.
